The "Cross Cultural Ministry" is a concept designed to provide solutions to the major questions facing the church of the 21st century.  Solutions that demonstrate how the organized church will transition from where we are today to where we will be in the decades to follow.

Cross Cultural Ministry is a documented process that blueprints how the organized church will be able to: define, develop, implement, and lead 21st Century Christian Organizations in making these cross cultural changes.

We live in a diverse, multi-cultural society. We must ask ourselves and our Christian leadership...

"Will our children be pleased or disappointed
with the legacy we leave them?"

How will we respond to the growing number of ethnically diverse people in our communities?

How can this growing population be reached for church membership?

How will churches in transitional communities minister within a changing cultural context?

In order to address these and other like issues we first must identify the different cultures and how each views the world.  We must analyze current data on such diversified groups and acknowledge their perception in order to better understand the impact they will have on global Christianity.
